The industrial Park of El Fejja, neopark El Fejja is a new location in the Manouba Governorate, on the Grand Tunis for all companies wishing to establish a business of cleaner production or services .

Neopark El Fejja is being developed responding to international and environmental standards.

The park is considered as one of the greatest industrial parks in Tunisia (area of 210 ha and a total investment amount of 44,2 million TND).

neopark El Fejja has an area of 210 ha.

• Multisectoral industrial zone : 180 industrial plots with a total area of 70,2 ha (100 plots starting 2500 m²)construction : 1052988 m²  
• Handcraft zone : 2.3 ha (26 plots from 500 to 1400 m²) Construction: 27850 m² in R +2
• Business Centre (activities exhibitions, trade, services, open space, etc.): 3.8 ha. (39 plots from 500 m²) construction of 85342 m² in R +4
• Multifunctional spaces (activities services, offshoring and office): 3.9 ha. (52 plots from 500 m²) / Construction: 103511 m² R +6.
• Spaces fair, training center and equipment: 2.5 ha. Construction: 49383 m² in R + 2 and R+ 4
• Green parks and parkings : 7,6 ha.
• Roads : 27,3 ha.
• Waste water treatment station : 20 ha
• Extended zone : 61 ha.
• Other spaces : 11,4 ha.
