This multifunctional building aims at providing services to industrialists and researchers. It will host components of industry, research and training: a research unit, an analysis laboratory, two innovative companies operating in non woven and textile services, entrepreneurial platform of Monastir University, mfcpole incubator.

Technology resource center (Will be active in 2015)

The technology resource center provides technology support to textile companies, in particular to them who are located in The Technopark. It will be managed by Tunisian Technical Center of Textile (CETTEX). The Technology Resource Center will provide:

• Innovation and development of finishing and dyeing activities,
• Innovation and development of finishing and dyeing activities,g
• Expertise and Technical support
• Ecological and toxicology laboratory
• Development of creation and design
• Training

Production park

The production park of the textile technopark has an area of 25,5 ha (38 plots variable and modular). It characterized by :

• Proximity to R&D and technology transfer structures
• Availability of networking services (collective actions, collective project development)
• Availability of facilities (optic fibers, maintenance services, video surveillance, gaz, purification station…)
• Availability of industrial plots with variable and modular superficies
• Possibility of turnkey industrial buildings

Also Neotex Monastir Technopark offers investors buildings administrative practices, and industrial quality services (for rent) which are equipped to meet the immediate needs input production enterprises. The construction program (2013-2019) in the technopark, involves the construction of 58,000 m² divided as follows:

• Halle polyfunctional: central core Neotex Monastir Technopark (already operational 3000 m²) 1 Workshop relay 3000 m² and 2014 m² extensible to 6000 m². It is a modular construction consisting of an administrative block on two levels of 335 m² each one and two production units in 1180 m² with a modern steel frame.
• 5 industrial buildings superfice 18,000 m²

The Technopark collaborate with its academic and professional environment. It leads, in particular, joined actions with Monastir University aiming at strengthening collaborative actions between researchers and industrialists, providing targeted training complying with the needs of textile companies…
