Lancement d'un appel d'offre sur l'acquisition d'équipement de teinture technologique
Deadline : le 26 janvier 2021.
Purpose:
Within the "TEX-MED ALLIANCES" Project – funded by the European Union ENI CBC MED Program – and in order to meet the need for upgrading of finishing process - the Textile Technical Centre CETTEX is launching a supply tender AOI N ° 02/2020 to procure technological dyeing equipment to be installed at its laboratory facilities. This equipment will be instrumental in the implementation of the Project’s Cross-Border Cooperation Initiatives and will be at the disposal of the participating enterprises.
The call for tenders is launched in five (5) separate lots:

Tender Dossier:
Interested suppliers can obtain the tender dossier (in French):
- either at the CETTEX headquarters (from Monday to Friday), Avenue des Industries Zone Industrielle Bir Kassâa Ben Arous Tunis, or
- by requesting it by email « cettex@cettex.com.tn».
In both cases, a payment of an amount of one hundred dinars (100 DT) or non-refundable equivalent is requested, paid either in cash or by check made out to the Technical Centre of Textile or by transfer to the bank account of the Technical Center for Textile (IBAN provided on demand).
Presentation and sending of offers
Tenderers must send their bids no later than Tuesday January 26, 2021 to the CETTEX central order office in a sealed envelope, in person against a discharge at the CETTEX order office, by registered post or by rapid post in the name of the Director General of the Technical Centre for Textile
Offers must be placed in triple sealed envelopes. The outer envelope (E) sealed and made out in the name of:

This outer envelope must contain:
- The provisional bank guarantee and administrative documents
- The sealed inner envelope "A" marked "Financial offer"
- The sealed inner envelope "B" bearing the words "Technical offer"
Each envelope must contain obligatorily and under penalty of nullity the documents mentioned in the specifications (article 14).
Validity of offers
Tenderers will remain committed by their offers for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the day following the deadline for receipt of tenders.

Offers must by received at CETTEX offices on Tuesday 26 January 2021 at the latest, stamped by the CETTEX central order office.
Opening of the envelopes
The tender opening session is public. Tenderers may attend the opening of the envelopes which will take place on Wednesday January 27, 2021 at 10 a.m. at the headquarters of the Technical Textile Centre, avenue des Industries Industrial zone Bir Kassâa.
